Respect for Copyright

BlessQuora respects the intellectual property rights of others. All blessings, prayers and quotes published on this site are written by our team, and we expect the same respect for our own work. If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, you may request its removal by following the process below, which complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

To file a copyright complaint, please send a message through our Contact Us page with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of such works if one notice covers several.
  • A description of the material you claim is infringing, including the exact page URL on BlessQuora where it appears.
  • Your full name, address, telephone number and email address so we can reach you.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

We review every complete notice promptly. Content that we confirm to be infringing will be removed or disabled, and we will make a reasonable effort to notify the person who posted it. Incomplete notices may not be acted upon, so please include all the details listed above.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or because of misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your name, address and phone number, the URL of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts. Material we believe was removed in error will be restored.

Repeat Infringers

Anyone who repeatedly posts infringing content may have that content removed and their access to this site terminated.
